Chris has been responsible for a variety of major projects within the hospitality, education, leisure, residential and commercial sectors, taking projects from the design concept through the detailed design and site supervision stages. He is a computer based design and thermal simulation specialist, using both IES and ESP-r to evaluate design solutions and establish their environmental impact.

Chris has always displayed a keen interest in energy efficient and sustainable design and has been involved with a number of renewable projects in Scotland. He has been responsible for performing many energy audits and feasibility studies on a variety of developments. More recently, he has become a registered CIBSE Energy Assessor in Scotland and is also qualified to carry out air-conditioning surveys in England.
