RYBKA

Ele is Rybka's financial accountant and is an associate of CIMA. She manages the finance team who are responsible for the preparation and evaluation of management accounts, financial reporting and payroll. She is also a member of four internal strategy groups who set objectives for the appropriate functions within the organization, and ensure they are in line with the overall company strategy. Since joining Rybka, Ele has established the finance function in Scotland and developed processes and specialist software packages designed to meet our specific needs.

Ele also sits on the Edinburgh branch of the CIMA committee.
