Neelum is Rybka's Sustainability Consultant and is currently involved in a variety of projects where she takes an active role in ensuring that sustainable principles are addressed throughout the life cycle of the development. She is a qualified BREEAM Bespoke, Education, Multi Residential, International and Eco Homes Assessor as well as a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.

Neelum is also the driving force behind Rybka-s, our internal sustainability working group, dedicated to the research and implementation of sustainable design. She is responsible for researching legislative drivers and advancements in sustainable design and keeping the company informed on all issues relating to sustainable development. Neelum is also focused on driving sustainable practice within Rybka.
