As our Human Resources Coordinator, Kasia supports Rybka personnel and ensures that they are up to date on all matters which may have an effect on their working conditions or environment. She handles the recruitment and selection of new personnel as well as managing the training and development needs of existing staff. Kasia is also involved in internal communications where she keeps staff updated on company activities, policy amendments and staff changes. Kasia also acts as a point of contact for employees should any queries arise.
