Leslie is a practical and proactive team member who contributes positively to project problem solving, bringing over twenty years experience within the building services industry. During this time, Leslie has been exposed to a wide and diverse range of projects and assignments, covering most building types. His areas of particular interest and expertise include energy audits, low carbon assessment, project briefing development, project planning, design management, risk management, value engineering and value management.

Leslie leads our Inverness office and actively maintains the close relationship Rybka has with our local clients, including the Northern Local Authorities, by maintaining and satisfying their expectations. He has been responsible for the management, coordination, programming and performance of a number of pan-region survey and design projects and is currently undertaking the management of our pan-region EPC portfolio. Leslie is a CIBSE registered Energy Assessor and is currently studying to become a Low Carbon Consultant.
