Rybka has been appointed by Silver Fern Developments as building services engineering consultants on their major new development on Leith Walk, Edinburgh. The development will comprise two new hotels and retail units. The project architects are Edinburgh firm Hackland & Dore and the estimated construction value will be in the region of £8M.
