Rowner Renewal Phase 1

Rybka are delighted to announce we have been appointed for the construction of the first phase of a major regeneration project in Gosport, Hampshire. Rowner Renewal has a target completion date of 2017 and will see 500 properties demolished to make way for up to 700 new homes, community facilities and a retail development with Tesco as anchor.
The programme is being managed by Anser on behalf of the Rowner Renewal Partnership; which comprises Taylor Wimpey, Portsmoth Housing Association, the Homes and Communities Agency, Gosport Borough Council and Hampshire County Council.
The programme will completely transform the Rowner estate and create a sustainable community with improved opportunities and prospects for its residents.
Rybka have also successfully been appointed for Phase 2 of this exciting project.
