Rybka are Approved Certifiers of Design

Rybka is proud to announce that we are now a registered body under the BRE Approved
Certifiers of Design Scheme. This enables us to certify the design of building work ensuring
that designs fully comply with the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and means that we
can now be appointed as Approved Certifiers of Design on domestic developments. As such
we can check designs against planning regulations and, when we are satisfied that they meet
essential criteria, we can certify compliance with Building Regulations without the need for
further inspection by local authorities. By appointing an Approved Certifier of Design the lead time for acquiring building consent is significantly reduced. For further information please contact marketing@rybka.co.uk.
