As part of our commitment to the delivery of sustainable and energy efficient design, Rybka is pleased to announce that Neelum Mohammed, Sustainability Consultant is now a qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor. Under this scheme, Neelum can assess new domestic developments against nine key categories to measure the developments’ sustainable performance. The Code replaces the EcoHomes Assessment in England and Wales and is the national standard for use in the design and construction of new homes. Its guiding principal is to protect the natural environment by offering a tool by which the sustainability performance of homes can be measured.
