Rybka has been commissioned to provide full design services for a €24M new school campus in Phibblestown, Co. Dublin. The new campus will see the delivery of a 24 classroom primary school in addition to a secondary school with a capacity for over 1000 students with special needs units in both schools. The development will also provide a major sports hall, meeting rooms and community space.
The design and build procurement route sees Rybka team up with Irish construction firm PJ Heggerty and Newenham Mulligan and Associates Architects. An application for planning permission has been lodged and work is expected to begin later this year.
