Rybka has been appointed by the City of Edinburgh Council to offer professional consultancy services from inception to completion for the development of an area of housing and associated external spaces on a 2.65 hectare, masterplanned site at Gracemount in Edinburgh.
The first phase of this development is expected to deliver 60-120 dwellings towards the end of 2010. The design strategy will fully satisfy the sustainable development aspirations of the Council as outlined in the documents “Towards a Sustainable Council” and The Edinburgh “Sustainable Design Guide” and it is intended that the project will achieve an “Eco Homes Excellent” rating.
