Bridport Place, London

24.08.2009

Rybka is delighted to announce that we have once again joined up with Rogers Harbour Stirk & Partners (formerly Richard Rogers) to develop a state of the art sustainable, energy and cost efficient residential development in London. This work will entail the natural evolution of the multi-award winning project at Oxley Park, Milton Keynes for a more urban setting.

Bridport Place will meet Code 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes criteria; in addition to being designed to Lifetime Homes Standards. The development will aim to meet the Mayor of London's 20% renewable energy requirement and it is anticipated that it will incorporate heat pumps and solar panels.

Rybka and Rybka-s are appointed to develop both the energy strategy and the overall sustainable strategy for the project.
