This refurbishment project included the construction of a new purpose-built health facility. Rybka provided a variety of engineering systems, including mechanical ventilation, displacement ventilation, free cooling, category 5E voice/data wiring installations, door access/intruder detection, CCTV, staff attack warning system, all electrical systems and a fire detection system.
